These are the first zucchini blossoms of the year. They're so beautiful, so golden yellow, and would taste so delicious fried and stuffed with ricotta. Every year when I see the first zucchini blossoms it's a fight with myself not to prepare them the way Mario Batali sometimes does when he prepares
